The challenge at Experian Marketing Service was to refresh the look and feel, simplify information and rebuild a mobile responsive website while retaining the brand’s feel without a total rebranding. It involved analysing the current, non-responsive site with its various page layouts and designing how they could be rebuilt to be responsive and user friendly.
We liaised between teams in Munich, New York and Costa Rica and formed a clear vision and understanding of what is technically achievable. After all, in a high-traffic, information-dense website, it is crucial to have clear planning and minimal disruption.
We met with the creative team in Miami, planned out a new site map and user journey. We liaised with the Marketing Managers in EMEA and the US to form a clear understanding of their needs. We also met with the technical leads on and off line. The Sales Managers needed consistency of their sales material with the new refresh of the global site as well.
We then proceeded to create a new grid for the website, built a sample version of the product and created the source HTML and CSS for implementation into the final, live site.
This was only the beginning of a much broader project where we proceeded to create sales collateral, demo environments, responsive emails, case studies and videos to empower the sales teams.
