By the age of 10, I was in constant pain—arthritis in every joint, migraines that felt like my head was being crushed, and debilitating fatigue that clouded my mind. For three years, I lived with pain that made even simple movements difficult. Then, I had the incredible fortune to study Tai Chi with a master, and within six months, I experienced a dramatic shift. My pain started to fade, my mobility returned, and I realized how profoundly movement could heal the body. This experience sparked a lifelong passion to understand how to restore the body’s natural balance and vitality.
For the past 30 years, I’ve immersed myself in the study of human movement and health, exploring practices like Qigong, Tai Chi, yoga, martial arts, as well as healing modalities such as shiatsu, traditional Thai massage and many more. I discovered that when we give our bodies the right movement inputs—restoring full range of motion, improving proprioception, and enhancing coordination—we not only reduce pain but also regain the mobility that allows us to move freely and without discomfort.
